Transformation Center of the Ústí Region The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction and building modifications of the area of the former pavilion school for new use as an innovation and business center of the Ústí Region, including the demolition of selected buildings and connecting necks, complete reconstruction of four existing pavilions including two superstructures, one side extension and additions between two buildings, conversion of two gymnasiums into conference halls with facilities, construction of transport and parking infrastructure including charging stations, modifications outdoor areas and the park, as well as the provision of documents for the management of DTM according to Decree No. 393/2020 Coll. and fulfillment through the BIM method (DIMS, CDE, BEP).
