Products or services: Automobiles The purpose of this public tender is the contracting of a transfer service intended to cover the mobilization needs both inside and outside the commune of officials of the Department of the Community Planning Secretariat of the Municipality of Teodoro Schmidt, with the purpose of guaranteeing the adequate, timely and efficient fulfillment of its institutional functions. The required service will allow the movement of municipal personnel for the execution of field visits, inspections and technical supervisions, gathering of information, coordination and monitoring of projects, as well as attendance at work meetings, inter-institutional coordination instances, training and other activities of the department, both inside and outside the communal territory, including urban and rural sectors as well as outside it. The functions carried out by the Community Planning Secretariat, the contracting of this service is essential to ensure the operational continuity of the department, and the transfer service must comply with conditions of availability, security, reliability and time flexibility in accordance with the administrative and technical requirements that demand municipal management.
