These Special Administrative Bases will govern the public tender, award, contract, guarantees, deadlines, sanctions and payment system of the proposal called "TRANSFER SERVICE for Mayor's Office." Financed with municipal funds year 2025, together with the annexes, eventualclarifications, responses to consultations and other history of the tender. The Municipality of Teodoro Schmidt, according to the powers conferred by Organic Law No. 18, 695 and especially those contained in Law 19, 886 on Bases on Administrative Contracts of Supply and Provisionof services and its corresponding regulation approved by D.S. 661, carry out this bankruptcy administrative procedure convening interested parties to provide goods and services, to present their offers in this public tender according to these basis and contractual conditionsand other associated documents, to provide "transfer service for mayor's office" the present tender will be governed according to these special administrative bases and other related documents, as well as to the legal, regulatory and technical norms in force at the date of its opening as wellas soon as they are applicable.
