Transfer membranes - 01 PIECE OF INTERFACE MEMBRANE FRONT PANEL FOR TUTTNAUER AUTOCLAVE MODEL: 37850E, FOR THE ACTIVATION OF DIFFERENT STERILIZATION CYCLES. GRAPHIC PRINTING RESISTANT TO WEAR, FREQUENT CLEANING AND DISINFECTION. - ARTICLE 120.- Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided for in accordance with Article 72, second and third paragraphs, of the State Contracting Law, contained in Decree No. 74-2001 of July 1, 2001, published in the Official Gazette “La Gaceta” dated September 17, 2001, a fine equivalent to zero points thirty-six percent (0.36%) will be sanctioned for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the contract. The Terms and Conditions and the Construction Contract and Supervision of Public Works, must contain the sanctioning clause. This same provision must also apply to purchases made through electronic catalogue. OBSERVATIONS: The quote must be sent to this IHSS Hospital office in Barrio La Granja Specialties, signed, sealed and dated, in a sealed and sealed envelope, identifying it with the number of said quote, otherwise it will not be considered in the process.
