Tender Details

1. The subject of the investment is the construction of a bus station in Chrzanow with a P&R parking lot as part of the project: "Transfer hub in Chrzanow integrated with public transport" included in the ZIT Strategy of the Chrzanow Municipal Functional Area for 2021-27 in the design formula and build. 2. The scope of the order includes: 1) development of full-discipline design and cost estimate documentation based on the attached Functional and Utility Program; 2) obtaining the final decision on the construction permit and the final decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment; 3) supervision authorship over the implementation of construction works resulting from the developed design documentation; 4) execution of construction works; 5) obtaining formal consents for the use of the investment in question, 6) preparing as-built documentation. 3. Subject of the order and scope and method of implementation the order was described in detail in the Functional and Utility Program with annexes constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ and in the provisions of the Agreement - constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 4. Equivalent solution: Wherever the subject matter of the contract is described by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority allows solutions equivalent to those described, and adds the words "or equivalent in the absence of the subject matter" to these references. define...
