Market consultation with a view to the transfer of the home cleaning service from the OCMW of De Panne. This service is aimed at seniors. The cleaning service was started under the umbrella of the OCMW De Panne. The objective was and is mainly to care for vulnerable people in need of care to provide residents (seniors) with cleaning assistance. Nevertheless, it remains an important challenge to offer cleaning assistance as an extension of or more specifically as a signaling function for the social services of the OCMW. We currently have 9 (5.2 FTEs as of date 1/2/2026) cleaning employees who are employed according to a different employment percentage and a customer base of almost 100 customers.
