Detailed_Description : The Ministry of Education-s Provincial and Demonstration Schools Branch (PDSB) is procuring one Vendor to provide transcription services to Alternate Educational Resources Ontario (AERO), a unit within the PDSB. Transcription services include transcription of texts, in English and French, in various mediums to the following 3 accessible mediums: (1) Braille, (2) DAISY Digital Audio, and (3) E-Text word.
Scope of Work : Transcription Services includes: a) Alternative Educational Resources for Ontario (AERO) through the production of textbooks in alternate formats in 3 accessible mediums: (1) Braille, (2) DAISY Digital Audio Recording, and (3) E-Text word.b) Resources provided to registered advisors within institutions for English/French elementary, secondary, and post-secondary students. The PDSB intends to acquire transcription services to be in place by December 20, 2026.
