NOTE:

1. As a government agency, TESDA-BNAS shall deal only with legitimate suppliers/contractors which issue BIR-registered official receipts.

2. Quoted prices shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be firm and valid for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of quotation & shall be binding upon the supplier within the period.

3. Delivery period from Notice of Award/Purchase Order shall be thirty (30) calendar days.

4. Warranty shall be for a period of at least one (1) year from date of acceptance by TESDA-BNAS.

5. TESDA-BNAS reserves the right to post-qualify any supplier and/or to reject any or all submitted quotations.

6. P.O./Contract shall be awarded to the lowest calculated responsive bid; delivered items are subject to inspection, with payment processing to commence only after acceptance by the end-users.

7. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate shall be submitted with the quotation.

8. Bidders shall submit with the quotations technical brochures of the product being offered, if applicable

9. Terms of payment within 30 calendar days from date of acceptance.
