Training of strategic initiatives in the dealership - TRAINING SERVICE ON "EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE" ADDRESSED TO 20 PEOPLE ON THURSDAY, JULY 30 IN THE AUDITORIUM OF THE INSTITUTE WITH A DURATION OF 3 HOURS, FROM 8:30 AM TO 11:30 AM IN PERSON, THE SUPPLIER IS REQUESTED TO CARRY OUT THE WORKSHOP TYPE TRAINING WITH ACTIVITIES AND DYNAMICS CARRIED OUT AT THE MOMENT AND TO PROVIDE DIPLOMA TO EACH OF THE PARTICIPANTS IMPORTANT: QUOTES MUST CONTAIN NAME OR REASON COMPANY COMPANY RTN, SIGNATURE AND SEAL, CONTACT, ADDRESS AND THAT IT IS WITHIN THE ESTABLISHED DATE NOTE: In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 266-2013 and Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 357-2013, which establishes the Organic Law of the INJUPEMP, it is considered that INJUPEMP has the right to exemption from the payment of Sales Tax, as stipulated in Article 16 of the Current Tax Code, of Legislative Decree No. 170-2016. Therefore, it is not necessary to undergo authorizing administrative procedures to enjoy this Sales Tax exemption benefit.
