INVITATION: The Secretary of State in the Security Office, within the framework of the provisions of the Law of Contracting of the State of Honduras and its Regulations, invites you to present a formal offer to participate in the Minor Purchase process No. CM-GA-2026-ADMON-062-218, whose purpose is: “CONTRACTING DIPLOMA SERVICE IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND TRANSFORMATION OF HUMAN TALENT FOR THE STAFF OF THE DEPUTY MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES-SEDS 1.
