Products or services: Employee training The purpose of this Public Proposal is to contract a training service corresponding to the “Training Program: Design of Experiences and Services in Customer Service”, aimed to officials of the Health Department of the Municipality of Huechuraba. The service contemplates the execution of a unique line of training products, consisting of four closed courses: • Course NO1: Basic Concepts of Services and Experiences of the Patient. • Course NO2: Basic Concepts of the Patient Journey. • Course NO3: First Contact, the Role of Administrative Personnel in Primary Health Care. • Course NO4: Patient Journey Design through Health Establishments. The courses are aimed at development of technical, directive and management skills linked to the design and improvement of the user experience in the community health network. FINANCING: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AVAILABLE BUDGET: $20, 000, 000 without taxes
