The subject of the order is the service of comprehensive organization and conduct of stationary training, entitled: Mental resilience at work and communication with the client in difficult situations, covering two thematic modules: Module I: Coping with stress and burnout.Module II: Assertiveness and effective communication with difficult clients.A total of 40 career advisors from the West Pomeranian Network of Career Advisors will participate in the training, subject to the possibility of reducing this number by 6 people. Minimal the number of training participants is 34 people, and the maximum is 40 people, divided into 2 module groups with an average of 20 people.
