Within the project “Enhancing Palestinian Women-s Political Participation and Increasing Their Impact in Palestinian Society” implemented by the Palestinian Working Women-s Association for Development with the support of the Swedish Center Party CIS with the aim of contributing to increasing political participation and the influence of women and youth in the democratic political development in Palestine, the association implements a number of activities, including Implementation of training sessions for members of 6 new shadow councils formed in 2022 from various governorates of the West Bank, and accordingly the association is working to attract trainers to implement the training .
The nature and number of participants in the training sessions : 30 members of the new shadow councils from the areas of Hebron, Ramallah, Nablus and Jenin .
Training location : Ramallah .
Training hours : 35 training hours distributed over 5 training days .
Training implementation period : the last 10 days of August 2022 ( proposed training dates Saturday and Sunday 20 + 21 / August, Wednesday 24 / August, and Saturday and Sunday 27 + 28 / August (to be installed with the trainees on the first training day ).
