This initiative aims to strengthen the written communication skills of technical and administrative staff, improving the quality, coherence and presentation of institutional reports, which constitute key tools for transparency and accountability. 2. Justification Technical reports are fundamental documents in institutional management, since they allow precise communication and structured the results, progress and findings of the executed projects.
