1. The PNP Intelligence Group Bids and Awards Committee (PNP IGBAC) will conduct the Early Procurement Activities through Section 21 of the General Provisions of the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 and Government Procurement Policy Board Resolution Nos. 14-2019 and 06-2017 dated July 17, 2019 applies the following amount being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), as follows:
