The subject of the order is to organize two training courses for employees of the District Labor Office in Bytom, as part of the implementation of the project entitled: Work & smile Let's go for health, as part of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 (European Social Fund Plus)The proceedings were not divided into parts. The subject of the order includes the implementation of two schools: 1. Ergonomics of sitting work2. Preventing overweight and obesity as well as chronic diseases by educating PUP employees on healthy eating1. Training entitled: Ergonomics of sitting work. Training was planned for 60 people in 6 training groups (number of training participants in a group up to 10 people). Training: 2 days, 12 hours (2x 6 hours). 1 training hour is 45 minutes. Place of classes: at the headquarters of the District Labor Office in Bytom. Training completion date: from the date of conclusion of the contract to December 31, 2026 (during the Office's opening hours). Training format: workshops, mini lectures, exercises with an emphasis on practical exercises.
