The contract period is 1 June 2026-31 May 2028. In addition, a two-year option can be introduced for the period from 1 June 2028 to 31 May 2030. The customer decides the introduction of the option period. The start time is an estimate and will be specified later. The contract begins when both parties have signed the contract. The quantity of safety footwear is given as an estimate. The estimate in question is for the larger one to be completed in August there are 350 pieces for a one-time order. The order quantity will be specified at the reconciliation meeting at the beginning of the fall semester, so the customer does not commit to ordering the estimated product quantity. The estimated amount is only to support the calculation. Products are also ordered randomly throughout the contract period time. If necessary, the procurement unit must have the option to order separate spark-resistant laces for the footwear from the bidder. The footwear must be suitable for both summer and winter use, but they must not be lined with fur. Four (4) of the model shoes are ordered different models:- Low model- Ankle model- Boot model- Maihari model The unit prices of the four above-mentioned footwear models must be valid throughout the contract period. Possible price increases only in accordance with the JYSE 2025 Goods contract terms. If random pieces of footwear from other models are needed (for example, if the offered footwear is not suitable for everyone's feet), the bidder must specify a discount percentage for them from the retailers' wholesale price list.
