The Contracting Authority is looking for a partner for the delivery and implementation of a well-functioning, accessible and user-friendly training portal and catalog for the target groups of the municipality of Rotterdam and the Work Center Rijnmond (WCR), hereinafter WCR. The The Contractor will also act as a Training Broker and is responsible for the purchase of (in principle) all Trainings for the Target Group Municipality and Target Group WCR. This also includes the financial and administrative handling of internal purchasing processes and outside the catalog of the Training Broker and the further development of the platform.
