1. The order involves conducting training for 230 employees of the SGH in Warsaw in the scope of expanding knowledge of the psychosocial specificity of young generations (taking into account intergenerational differences) and developing communication skills supporting people responsible for direct contacts with the student.2. The Ordering Party planned two 12-hour training sessions. (2 days x 6 teaching hours) in two target groups, with the emphasis that the training should include elements of the educational process action learning, in which one's own experiences and attitudes are analyzed. Conducting training divided into 2 groups together with developing training programs and training materials will include: 1) "To understand is to help" for 120 employees administration (108 hours in total: 9 groups x 2 days x 6 hours)2) "Direct communication supporting students" for 110 academic teachers (96 hours in total: 8 groups x 2 days x 6 hours).3.Training will: - improve knowledge of psychosocial specificity young generations, taking into account intergenerational differences; - be sensitive to the needs of students; - strengthen direct communication skills with people from Generation Z and Alpha; - strengthen attitudes of empathy towards students at risk the drop-out phenomenon at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).4.
