Traineeship 'Future of Groningen' This concerns a preliminary announcement of a tender! The assignment concerns providing the training, intervision and coaching program for the government trainee program Future of Groningen in which starters (up to 3 years of work experience) rotate across governments and other public organizations in the Groningen region. The trainees are employed by the province of Groningen and are seconded from there, where they work on an assignment Monday to Thursday and in principle on Fridays. follow their trainee program. Every year, approximately 15 trainees or more start a two-year program that includes training, intervision, coaching and other activities such as excursions and team building. We are looking for a party that has everything can provide the aforementioned based on its own vision on content and quality. The organizing authorities also offer a number of training courses on official skills. This concerns a contract from May 2027, with the first group of trainees starting from September 2027.
