This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Toronto Police Service (TPS) to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for a Traffic Services and Parking Enforcement Solution, as further described in this RFP.
The TPS will accept submissions for either a Solution with a delivery method of on TPS premise (On-Premise) or Software as a Service (Cloud). Proponents can submit either type of delivery method. If a Proponent submits to both types of delivery methods, two (2) separate complete submissions clearly labeled as Cloud or On-Premise will need to be submitted.
Proposal Submission Requirements
