The processes of the public areas of the environmental domain of the city of Kemi are requesting your offer for maintenance and repair work on traffic lights. Framework contract period: 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2028 (two years). for the duration of the contract period (the estimate is not binding on the customer). The selection criteria is the overall economic affordability, taking into account the comparison criteria presented in the tender documents. The basis of comparison is the cheapest price. The two (2) cheapest are selected for the framework contract the supplier who submitted the offer. Orders during the contract period are made on a case-by-case basis from a cheaper operator. as an attachment to this request for tenders.
