The Town of Halton Hills is seeking proposals from experienced playground equipment manufacturers for the replacement of, and design, supply and installation of two playgrounds within two municipal public park settings located at Calvert Dale Park (17 Cotswold Court, Georgetown) and Dominion Gardens Park (135 Maple Avenue, Georgetown). The intent is to award this project to one (1) company. Proponents are welcome to submit up to two (2) different playground design proposals per park. These designs should be distinctly different. At least one design to be submitted for Calvert Dale Park, and Dominion Gardens Park is mandatory.
All Proponents shall have a Bidding System vendor account and be registered as a plan taker at https://haltonhills.bidsandtenders.ca for this RFP, which will enable the Proponent to download the RFP, to receive addenda/addendum email notifications, download addenda and to submit their Proposal electronically through the Bidding System.
Please be advised that the Town of Halton Hills has recently transitioned to a two-envelope system for our RFP process, comprising a Technical Proposal and a Financial Proposal. In line with our commitment to fair and transparent Procurement practice, we request that all Proponent refrain from disclosing any pricing information in their Technical Proposal. Any mention of pricing within the Technical Proposal may lead to the disqualification of the Proponent's submission.
