The competition is for the procurement of a substance register for Porsgrunn municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority. Porsgrunn municipality has approx. 2, 700 permanent employees. The contracting authority would like a professionally competent tender. It is a prerequisite that the substance carton meets the requirements in the Working Environment Act with regulations. See point 2 for a description of the contracting authority ́s needs, as well as the attached requirement specification.
