Tender Details

The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 310, 000 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 394, 000 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. Trade Package Scope Description: Provide exterior building maintenance equipment, including horizontal lifelines, tie-back anchors, davits, pedestals, sockets, and modular platforms. This subcontractor will need to provide the design and engineering of the exterior building maintenance.Turner is seeking RFQs for the following trade packages: Trade Package #Trade Package NameEstimateCMD LBE Participation Requirement52Exterior Building Maintenance$725K0%Only vendors who successfully meet the prequalification criteria and are deemed qualified to execute work in their respective scope will be invited to submit a proposal. Vendors who fail to submit the necessary prequalification information will not be considered prequalified and, consequently, will not be permitted to participate in the project. Contract documents, including drawings and specifications, for the bid package will be available for bidding Q3 of 2024.
