Tender Details

The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 310, 000 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 394, 000 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. Trade Package Scope Description: The SFO T3W Modernization project requires a full-time on-site Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). The main responsibilities of the EMT include administering first aid, assessing injuries, providing medical treatment, and maintaining safety equipment such as the AED.
