Design-Builder Firm Name: Walsh Construction Co. II, LLC.Project Overview:The Recycled Water Systems Project will design and construct an Advanced Water Treatment Plant (AWTP) to meet Title 22 requirements for recycled water and remove per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from the effluent. The project will also design and construct a 250, 000-gallon storage tank, pump station, and distribution system of roughly three miles of pipeline and connections to some of the Airports facilities. The project will also include upgrades to three existing Sequence Batch Reactors (SBR) and the construction of one new SBR for permit compliance.This is a Progressive Design-Build Project where Trade Work is incrementally authorized by Airport. The goal of this project is to design, construct, permit, activate, commission, and closeout of the new construction for the Recycled Water System Project.Trade Package No: TP-4017Trade Package Title: Build Out and Interior FinishesDescription of the Trade Package Scope of Work:Painting - Prepare and paint all interior surfaces subject to be painted.Signage - Furnish and install all hazards, security, room, and building signs.Locker Room - Furnish and install all safety lockers, equipment lockers, and benches for the Locker Room.Joint Sealant & Fire Stopping - Install all joint sealing.Casework - Furnish and install all casework, storage units, cabinets, countertops, and bathroom vanities.Drywall - Provide drywall finishes, taping, baseboard caulking, insulation, rated walls as necessary, and texturing.Acoustic Ceilings - Furnish and install acoustic ceilings.Metal Framing - Provide layout for framing.
