The Project Is A 2020 Splost Referendum Project, And The City Has Contracted With Felker Construction Co., Inc. To Serve As The Construction Manager At-risk For The Project. Through This Competitive Rfp, The Construction Manager Will Enter Into Subcontracts With Trade Contractors (the ¿subcontractor¿) For The Various Divisions Of Work.
