british columbia institute of technology (bcit) invites trade contractors to participate in a trade contractor request for prequalification process for various scopes of work.

the intention is to prequalify trade contractors who may be invited to bid on one or more invitation to tender processes conducted by bcit`s construction manager, bird construction group inc. In relation to the bcit health sciences centre.

the health sciences centre located at bcit`s campus in burnaby will be a new facility that will educate and train future health care professionals to meet the growing demands of british columbia families. The 10, 200m2 concrete framed building will contain one level of underground parking and four levels of classroom, laboratory and simulation space.
