Published on: 2026-08-06 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-10-09 Subject: rehabilitation work on the Asnières-sur-Seine Local Court The operation concerns the rehabilitation of the Asnières-sur-Seine Local Court, located avenue de la Redoute, following the fire disaster that occurred in 2023. Energy component The work includes an energy renovation of the building, including the complete replacement of the exterior joinery as well as the recovery of the complex roof insulation and waterproofing. Cleaning of the facades is also planned. Functional reorganization of spaces The project provides for a redesign of the interior spaces aimed at concentrating the reception of the public on the ground floor only, whereas this is currently distributed between the ground floor and the first floor (R+1). Entrance extension An extension of approximately 16 m² is planned at the entrance to the building. It makes it possible to meet thermal requirements, by creating an airlock, as well as security requirements, by setting up a filtering station and installing a security gate. Exterior developments The access square is the subject of landscaping through revegetation. Spaces for bicycles are created, intended for the public and staff.
