Tender Details

The subject of the procurement is the annual repair work of the electrical works of the properties managed by the Office of the President of the Republic in Helsinki (Presidentinlinna, Mariankatu 1 office and maintenance building and the official residence of the President of the Republic located in Mäntyniemi) and electrical works. In addition, during the renovation of the Mäntyniemi official residence, minor electrical work will be carried out in the government guest house.The framework agreement will be concluded with one contractor. The duration of the framework contract period is two (2) years and the customer has possibility to extend the contract period in two installments for a total of four (4) years (option periods 2 + 2 years). The contract can be valid for a maximum of six (6) years and, in addition to the above, until the end of the order placed during the last contract period until. The procurement does not create an exclusive right to carry out annual repairs or modifications, but the Client can also procure the aforementioned works outside of the framework agreement. The procurement procedure is a limited procedure, in which the candidates deliver application for participation (appendix 1. Application for participation) to the Tender Service by 12:00 on 30 January 2026. The customer prepares to reduce the number of bidders invited to the bidding phase to five bidders with those exceeding the minimum requirements of the reference projects with the selection criteria (see appendix 1.
