REQUIRED BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS
• The provider must be an SMS service provider for at least five (5) years
• The provider must be a VAS Licensed Company under the National Telecommunication Commission
• The provider must be an accredited cybersecurity provider under the Department of Information Communications Technology
• The provider must be a Data Privacy registered company under the National Privacy Commission
• The provider must submit the required certificates as proof of accreditation / registration
BIDDER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compose and send SMS to intended recipients within service level agreement
• Generate and provide monthly usage report every 5th day of the following month
DELIVERY PERIOD:
Within 30 calendar days after receipt of NTP
Terms 30 days upon receipt of invoice
