Description : 1. The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through the 2024 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Million One Hundred Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos Only (PhP9, 116, 428.00) being the ABC inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees to payments under the contract for the Services of an Event Management Company for Philippine Booth Design, Operations, and Activations at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2024 / TPB-ITB No. 2024-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The TPB Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
