Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the lease of an automatic system for identifying microorganisms and determining drug susceptibility together with the supply of reagents. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: 1) ASSORTMENT AND PRICE FORM, constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2) LIMIT PARAMETERS, constituting Annex No. 1A to SWZ.3. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the order are additionally specified in the CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.4. The delivery time of the subject of the order to the Ordering Party is: a) reagents up to 5 business days from the date of placing the order by e-mail according to current needs, the size of which will be each time determined by the Laboratory Diagnostics Department; b) device up to 20 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 5. Validity period reagents is: a minimum of 6 months, counting from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. 6. The contractor is obliged to complete the subject of the order within 36 months.
