Tender Details

This consultation concerns the towing services of buses as well as all service vehicles whose weight is less than or equal to 3.5 tonnes, from TISSEO Voyageurs. This is a single-award purchase order framework agreement with a maximum order threshold split into 2 lots in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 4 years from 04/10/2026 or its date of notification if later and renewable twice per 12-month period. Maximum order threshold for the initial period: 1, 310, 000 euro(s) excluding tax For each renewal period: 327, 000 euro(s) Estimated quantities at BPU/DQE correspond to an estimated annual average order. These are given as an indication to allow candidates to size their offer and allow Tisséo to compare the offers received. These quantities cannot be opposed to Tisséo as an order commitment. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices
