Dublin Port has an ongoing requirement for towage related services at the Port. The purpose of this market soundings / pre-market consultation is to explore the market size and scale and understand the capacity to provide services which may include but it is not limited to the following: Harbour towage for arrivals, departures, berthing and unberthing; Escort towage and standby assistance; Emergency towage and dead ship movements; River and Bay towage within the limits of Dublin Port; 24/7/365 availability, including short-notice assistance. A short questionnaire has been provided as part of this PMC process on eTenders and interested parties are invited to submit a response. Following analysis of the responses Dublin Port reserves the right to invite some or all responders to a meeting to explore further the services on offer. The aim of the market soundings is to ensure that any future procurement process is designed to optimise the competitiveness of the procurement.
