In more detail, the work consists of the renovation and adaptation of the kitchen area, including in particular: The work concerns the rehabilitation and restoration of the facings of the rear facade of the building. The market includes in particular: • the leveling and consolidation of existing masonry showing unevenness, cracking or cohesion defects; • the repair of damaged concrete structural elements, in particular lintels and columns showing concrete bursts and visible corroded reinforcements, including the treatment of the steel, the reconstitution of the volumes and all the necessary repairs; • the supply and installation of new aluminum thresholds, including all adaptations and connections; • there complete preparation of the supports by cleaning, elimination of non-adherent parts, treatment of cracks, spot repairs and application of the necessary preparatory layers; • the implementation of a multi-layer cementing system including a bonding coat, any dressing coats and finishing coats; • the necessary adaptations to the existing wall coverings to ensure the continuity of the finishes and the waterproofing of the whole. The contractor will take all the necessary provisions to guarantee the compatibility of the materials used with existing supports, composed of heterogeneous materials having been the subject of multiple previous interventions...
