The purpose of the market is the replacement of lifting equipment of the Dit Notre-Dame Mobile Pont, located in Tournai above the Scheldt. This equipment is mostly almost 70 years old, dating from the construction of the bridge in 1955. The market includes: - execution studies, in particular improving the safety of the bridge maneuver; - The removal and evacuations of the equipment to be replaced; - supplies and assembly of new equipment; - the integration of the elements necessary for ordering new equipment in the existing electrical panel; - Adaptation of the logic of control to new equipment, the necessary modifications of the program of the control automaton and supervision; - replacement of the runoff pumping system; - Improvement of access to equipment access. The contracting authority has ambition to reduce these CO2 emissions during the execution of its public procurement. The realization of this ambition is only possible thanks to the active efforts of its contractors. For this reason, this public market includes the methodology of the CO2 performance scale, which rewards bidders which strive to reduce their CO2 emissions, with an advantage in the context of the award criteria.
