The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Tourist Bus Rental/Transportation Service, fully airconditioned (to and from the venue and vice versa) to transport the participants for Division Capacity Building on Data Analysis and Utilization of Literacy and Numeracy Assessment Results 2025 through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. Quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
