Description : MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. Must be a tour operator accredited by DOT;
b. Must be a tour operator with at least two (2) years of experience in handling golf familiarization tour or golf-related events or packages;
c. Must have handled at least two (2) government golf tournaments/ events;
Must be accredited by the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGeps);
d. Must be willing to provide services on a send bill arrangement; and
e. Bidders must submit their quotation with a cost breakdown to differentiate the amount of service fee and the amount to be earmarked for the payment to the third parties or other proprietors. Otherwise, tax withheld will be credited from the total contract price.
SCOPE OF WORK DELIVERABLES
The tour operator must have the capacity to secure access to the golf courses and must purchase tee-time at Summit Point Golf & Country Club, Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club, and Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club;br...
