Total enterprise Nesset kindergarten
The assignment includes the construction of a new kindergarten at Nesset in Frøya municipality. The nursery will replace the current nursery facility. The new nursery consists of 4 departments (2 toddler and 2 older children's departments). The overall contract includes outdoor areas, places and roads. The area of the nursery is according to the area program prepared by Selberg Arkitekter BTA 1198m2. The current facility will be demolished and will be taken care of by the general contractor. Upgrading Nessaveien from the nursery crossing to the former 714 (driveway, pavement and junction towards the former 714) is included in the total contract (approx. 200m). Design and execution must be handled by the general contractor.
