Description
Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The United States Department of Agriculture intends to contract with Skalar Inc, on a sole source basis for the purchase of a High Temperature Combustion Total Oxygen/Nitrogen Analyzer for Liquids which can measure nitrate+nitrate and produce a total Kjeldahl Nitrogen calculation.
