Description: On the basis of the preliminary project, the former middle station La Stadera (2 500 m. M) should be used to a power park. This requires renovation and renovation work on the middle station, which is disguised with a photovoltaic system. In the context of the "Energy Park Stadera" project, nine hybrid plants - small wind turbines with bifacial photovoltaic solar trays, so-called "wind flowers" are provided for energy production. With this tendering procedure, a suitable architectural office, consisting of total conductor, architect and site manager for the design, planning and execution (SIA phase 32-53) of the project should be determined. The realization of the test facility is planned in autumn 2022. The realization of the main project is for the years 2024-2025. For the realization, only the months of May until around October are available for reasons of weather conditions.
