Agreement regarding technical advice and assistance - Total advice - Ordrup Gymnasium This tender applies to Ordrup Gymnasium's (hereafter OG) tender for Agreement regarding technical advice and assistance (Total advice) regarding expansion, conversion and renovation of parts of OG's buildings, located Kirkevej, Charlottenlund. The overall project and the task for the future general consultant are described in the tender material. The project, which OG wants realized and to which the services of the future total consultant relate, includes the following main elements in expansion, conversion and renovation: -Transformation and expansion of the L-building incl. establishment of a new rooftop and a new assembly hall -Renovation, remodeling and modernization of the Fine Arts Building - Processing of immediately nearby outdoor areas In order to complete the project, the Client will enter into an agreement on total consultancy on the terms set out in the overall tender documents. It is this contract that is hereby offered. The contract is offered on the basis of a prepared concept proposal, and thus at an early stage, as OG wishes to enter into cooperation early on with a total consultant who can thus be present throughout the project's realization. The tendered contract, which is a contract regarding technical advice and assistance (Total advice), is based on ABR18 terms with the deviations that appear in the tender documents, and will be awarded to one tenderer.
