Total contract for the Waglegårdsveien condominium Background and purpose Arendal municipality at Arendal property is to build a housing association on Waglesgårdveien in Arendal, by Moltemyr. This is a building with 8 housing units, common room and employee base. In addition, it must a suitable outdoor area is established for the building. Infrastructure will also be built up with a driveway and road construction into the housing estate. The project is carried out under municipal auspices on behalf of the residents to secure a subsidy from the Housing Bank. The residents must buy theirs apartments through the housing association model when the project is completed. The building is taken over by the housing association when they buy out the building, including contract and follow-up/complaints. The procurement is a turnkey contract in accordance with NS8407. Final completion of all works is desirable by early spring 2028. Contract value The financial framework in the project is tight and lays down clear guidelines. Estimated contract value set at 22-29 MNOK - ex. VAT Estimated value has been difficult to set as the procurement contains several elements with both the construction of housing and the development of infrastructure. The care homes themselves must be financed by the residents themselves with their own funds. Bid inspection There will not be a separate bid inspection. The tenderer is asked to familiarize himself with the area on his own initiative. The regulatory plan and regulations for the area are attached to the competition.
