Total contract for the replacement of three lifts in the county hall Background Troms county council is to replace three existing lifts in the county hall at Strandvegen 13. The lifts were originally installed in the former hospital and last rehabilitated in the middle of The 1990s when the building was converted into a county hall. The plant is now significantly worn, has low operational reliability and meets today's needs for functionality, availability and technical follow-up to a limited extent. The purpose of the acquisition is to establish new lifts with higher operational reliability, better user-friendliness and better adaptation to today's requirements for universal design. There is also a need for modern management systems that can be prepared for access control and provide appropriate integration with existing ones SD facility. The acquisition will contribute to more stable operations, simpler administration and better safety for users and operating personnel. The county hall must be in ordinary use during the implementation. The suppliers must therefore provide a solution and an implementation which ensures safety, accessibility and the least possible inconvenience for users. It is a key requirement that at least one lift is kept in operation at all times, and that downtime and disturbances are limited as much as possible through good planning and coordination.
