The purpose of the procurement is to carry out the remodeling and upgrading of existing premises so that they meet applicable requirements and standards. The project currently includes five existing premises. Through the rebuilding, the floor plan will be changed so that the premises after completion consist of three apartments and one business premises. The work will therefore include merging and reallocation of existing areas, as well as necessary structural and technical adaptations. In addition, the business premises must be upgraded with satisfactory ventilation and other technical solutions. All measures must be designed and carried out in accordance with current regulations, including the requirements in TEK17, as well as relevant requirements from the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority for business premises.
