Total contract for the rehabilitation and conversion of a detached house in Kringveien 27B
Kringveien 27B is located in an established housing estate. The property currently consists of a detached house from approx. 1977-78, which is to be rehabilitated and rebuilt into four modern housing units, divided into two housing units per floor. The project comprises a total of 4 housing units (2 per floor). The conversion triggers a major conversion after TEK17. The housing units are designed to be fully sprinklered and fully detected. In the first phase, the homes will house refugees under the temporary provisions in the Planning and Building Act. In the long term, they will be used as co-located care homes with a staff base.
