Total contract for a new sorting hall
The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract with a general contractor for the establishment of a robust and functional sorting hall connected to the existing paper sorting facility. The hall will be used for receiving, sorting and grinding combustible residual waste, reloading directly to containers and internal operations with wheel loaders and other mechanical equipment. The general contractor shall have overall responsibility for detailed and production planning, government contributions, purchasing, foundation and concrete work, steel hall and climate shell, technical installations, testing, documentation and handover of a fully functional building, with the boundaries expressly set out in the contract. It is assumed that it may be relevant for a contractor to enter into cooperation with a "hall supplier", but there is no requirement and is only mentioned for the case that some suppliers take time to find each other. According to the plan, the competition can be announced in week 43, but this may be delayed. It is a goal to have a contract signed before the Christmas holidays 2026.
