Total contract - Redevelopment of Terna care homes There is a lack of care homes for young adults in Øygarden municipality. This is a user group consisting of young people and young adults who need help and support to establish themselves in their own home. The user group has often compound challenges and need to adapt round-the-clock health and welfare services. The housing complex will be built with staff housing for round-the-clock care. The purpose of the acquisition is to enter into a contract for the conversion of Terna kindergarten into a care home for young people grown up. The conversion will be carried out as a turnkey contract according to NS 8407. There will be a bid inspection/bid conference on Friday 20.02.2026 at 10:00. Address: Ternholmvegen 59, 5337 Rong.
